Yoshitake DS-1 series Mechanical Separator is used to clean basic Steam & Air from Dirt and Vapor to produce Clean & Dry Steam for consumption. This will result to less maintenance and downtime as Seat Abrasion is much reduced.
Yoshitake DS-2 series is Flange connection Separator for main pipe installation. Installed prior to PRV Station to eliminate 70% of Dirt, Steam Condensate as a result of Wet Steam from Boiler or new installation. Once the Inlet Steam has been treated, Inlet Steam to Pressure Reducing Valve becomes Clean and Dry which quarantee long service life.
